As you are aware, the 86th Annual Conference of our Association, ASICON 2026, will be held in Amdavad ,hosted by the Gujarat State Chapter of ASI. The organising team is led by Dr. Pankaj Modi as Organising Chairman, Dr. Kaushik Shah as Organising Secretary, and Dr. Bharat Panchal as Treasurer.

Amdavad popularly known as the Manchester of India for its outstanding contribution to the textile industry, is now rapidly evolving into a hub for science and technology. The city is rich in culture, known for vibrant festivals like Navaratri, and is home to historic landmarks such as the Sabarmati Ashram. Located on the banks of the iconic Sabarmati River, it is admired for its unique architecture, delectable cuisine, and its growing status as a modern smart city.

The organising team is working with great dedication, and I am confident that all participating delegates will thoroughly enjoy their warm hospitality, the academic extravaganza, and the engaging social events planned.

The academic program, meticulously curated by our Academic Council with contributions from renowned national and international faculty, will truly be a treat to witness.
