ASICON 2026 - Registration Guidelines
- Government photo ID (PAN card, Aadhaar, Driving Licence) is mandatory for the delegate and accompanying person.
- Postgraduate students must provide a certificate from their Head of Department.
- Payment may be done through the website.
- Those paying via UPI/RTGS/IMPS must email the transaction details within 2 days to asicon2026@gmail.com
- Online registration: Register online (Card/Net banking charges applicable).
- All registration queries should be sent to asicon2026@gmail.com
- Avoid bulk payments for multiple registrations (except accompanying persons).
Terms & Conditions
- Registered delegates are entitled to the delegate kit, conference halls access, trade exhibition access, lunches, and the banquet.
- The date of receipt of the registration form and fees determines the applicable tariff.
- Registration is only accepted after payment is received. The committee is not responsible for issues with payment gateways.
- Postgraduates require a bonafide certificate; no exceptions.
- The committee is not responsible for incorrect entries in the registration form.
- Registrations are strictly non-transferable; no substitutions allowed.
- In force majeure situations (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters), the organizers may cancel, postpone, or modify the event without liability.
- Participants must maintain professional conduct; access may be revoked without refund for misconduct.
- By registering, participants consent to use of their data for conference communications. Data isn’t shared without consent.
- The conference may be recorded; by attending, participants consent to use of their images and recordings.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes fall under Ahmedabadcourts.
- Lunches included in the conference registration. Extra meal coupons will be provided by the organising committee on payment of Rs.2500/- + 18% GST at the registration counter.
Registration Cancellation Policy
- Requests for Cancellation and to process refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at email asicon2026@gmail.com.
- Cancellation till 31st March 2026- 25% Cancellation Charges will be levied.
- Cancellation till 31st July 2026 - 50% Cancellation Charges will be levied.
- Cancellation till 31st October 2026 - 75% Cancellation Charges will be levied.
- No refund for the cancellation request after 1st November 2026.
- Refunds will be initiated/transferred Online only after the conference.
- Registration is not transferable.
- Refunds will be made post conference.
- GST will not be considered for refund.
